  • Cannot control or cannot feel the urge to urinate. Wakes up at 3 am. Sometimes passes urine before reaching the lavatory.
  • Severe cramps during menstrual period. Will lie down on back but still suffer in pain.
  • Chubby body.

Comment

Kali carbonicum was repeated twice, over many months interval.

After the first dose, urination turned normal (able to feel the urge before the need to actually urinate). No more waking up at 3 am in the morning. Menstrual pains reduced. Patient also lost weight from being chubby to looking thin and attractive. Severe pain suddenly developed on left abdomen region (homoepathic reaction), so I informed patient to wait a few more days and bear it. After some days, it dissappeared and the left leg started to feel pain. This takes the direction from above downward. Refer to article Hering’s Laws of Direction of Cure for an understanding on this topic.

As the left leg pain still persisted over a long time, a second dose was prescribed. Patient is currently under observation.
